wahlen in costa rica
so wie es aussieht, wird es bei der gestrigen wahl des präsidente in costa rica zu einem sehr knappen wahlergebnis kommen. die kandidaten óscar arias und ottón solís kommen nach ersten hochrechnungen beide jeweils auf über 40 prozent und erfüllen somit die bedingungen für die direkte wahl.
update
da die ergebnisse für arias (40,51 prozent) und solís (40,29 prozent) so nah beieinanderliegen, wird es eine komplett neue auszählung geben, die von rechtsanwälten der beiden parteien und transparency international überwacht wird.
gestern waren die seiten der nacion und repretel zeitweise nicht verfügbar und alternative berichterstatter kamen zum zug.
