“Es como decir que a la ciudad la pintan de blanco y cada uno se encarga de ensuciarla…”

The White City reflects the dirty landscape of those latinamerican countries that – due to external interventions and neoliberal politics – are declining and changing the structures of its private and public spheres structurally. A grim loop of impotence characterizes this monstrous entity that the city has become. Today, the resistance is evident, but also the continuous presence of the powers over those urban territories.
