The CIA Report ‘Counterterrorism Detention and Interrogation Activities’ describes in a detailed manner on 158 pages interrogation techniques that have been applied to detainees between 2004 and 2009 in Guantanamo, Abu-Ghuraib and other ‘black site’ prisons. In 2009, this document has been published after a request under the Freedom of Information act.

The installation has premiered at a exhibition in an old air raid shelter in Cologne in December 2011.
